The delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand visits Hi-Tech Park

The delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand headed by Mrs. Krongkanit Rakcharoen, Director-General of the Department of European Affairs, visited Hi-Tech Park. Ivan Chura, Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Republic of Belarus, also took part in the meeting.

The guests learned with great interest about the history of the IT-industry in the Republic of Belarus, unique developments and competences of Belarusian specialists. The participants of the meeting noted the significant potential of cooperation in the IT sphere between Belarus and Thailand and exchanged views on the most promising areas of interaction.

“It is amazing what impact the residents of the Park have on the economy of Belarus. I can already see that our countries have a lot of opportunities to develop contacts in IT - from ecology to cyber sports,” emphasized the head of the Thai delegation.
