Belarusian School Students to Present Their Science and Engineering Projects in USA
Three projects were selected by judges at Belarus Science & Engineering Fair 2016 to represent Belarus in the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair. The world’s largest international pre-college science competition will be held May 8-13, 2016 in Phoenix, USA.
Darya Zaleskaya, the project New Eco-Friendly Fire Retardant for Wildfires Prevention (Environmental Sciences), Starobin Secondary School of Soligorsk District, Minsk Region, 9th Grade;
Ulyana Krauchanka and Nastassia Vlasavets, the project Anti-Fire-Blight Effect of Bacteriophage phiEs2809 (Environmental Sciences), Minsk State Regional Lyceum, 11th Grade;
Aliaksei Barysevich, the project Prop-Plane (Engineering: Electrical and Mechanical), Minsk State Regional Lyceum, 11th Grade.
