HTP Successfully Implements Hi-Tech Business Projects

24 June 2009

The Research and Production Corporation “Integral”, National Unitary Research and Development Company “Central Research Institute of Control Systems Engineering” and State Scientific Institution “B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” have successfully implemented their business-projects in the field of new and high technologies in Belarus Hi-Tech Park.

The business-project “Development and Implementation of Element Base for Information and Communication Systems” implemented by “Belmicrosystems” R&D Center, a design subsidiary of the Research and Production Corporation “Integral” resulted in the successful completion of 15 R&D projects aimed at the development of new-generation national microelectronics components like volatile memory chips and interface chips. These microelectronic components are widely used in different fields of electronics including the manufacturing of television and computing devices as well as test and control equipment.

New manufacturing processes, design and technology concepts including new types of microelectronics items which conform to world analogues were developed. The use of the new microelectronics element base makes all these R&D deliverables export-oriented and essential for the increase of production and export of microelectronics items.

During the implementation of the business project the National Unitary Research and Development Company “Central Research Institute of Control Systems Engineering” developed the following software systems: a data-processing system for the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Belarus, a software system for monitoring of scientific activities, technologies, innovation, new products and R&D, software systems for support and update of economics data of an industrial complex including book-keeping, statistical, departmental and operative reporting gathered from all the enterprises of the industrial complex with their functional and sectoral analysis.

The business-project “Range of Works on Development and Implementation of Information Automated Systems for Power Facilities” implemented by the State Scientific Institution “B.I. Stepanov Institute of Physics of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus” resulted in the development of functional capabilities of the automated system intended for certification of the equipment of distributing power networks of the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Mogilevenergo”. Also the Institute developed software to be used for creation of information databases of the equipment of district distributing power networks of the Republican Unitary Enterprise “Vitebskenergo”.

All the developed automated systems are integrated into the single information space which is based on the principle of one-time information input.
