Winners of the 2016 HR Brand Belarus Awards were announced on December 8. The HR Brand Belarus Awards recognize and celebrate companies which created excellent projects for present and future employees in 2015-2016.

This year, 37 projects competed for the awards, with 34 of them becoming nominees.

The HTP resident-company Novacom Group received the second prize in the Capital category for its project "Hello, We are Too Busy!" The project aims at involving leadership into recruitment and staffing.

The project by Itransition – "Communication Bridge: Itransition Content Corporate Newspaper as an Internal HR Branding Instrument" was awarded the third prize in the Republic category.

"Recognition of our project is significant for the company. When updating the format, we relied on classical communication and tried not to flood the corporate space with new mobile solutions which are abundant in our employees' daily activities," – noted Elena Gamanko, Communications Director at Itransition. – "As a result, Itransition Content has become a way and a platform to unite employees and providing them with comprehensive information on all the company's business processes."

HR business partner of Wargaming Mikhail Pritula was named 2016 HR Person for his contribution to the professional community development.

HR Brand Awards have been held in Belarus since 2014 and become a special platform for developing the HR industry and the professional community in the country.
