HTP Director Vsevolod Yanchevsky and Minister of Information and Communication of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev Sign Cooperation Agreement

On November 28, HTP Director Vsevolod Yanchevsky met with Minister of Information and Communication of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev.
They discussed development perspectives for startup ecosystems and venture financing in the two countries, and opportunities to establish a sub-commission on digital economy development (within the Belarus-Kazakhstan intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation).
They also agreed to exchange experience in blockchain usage and legal regulation.
Vsevolod Yanchevsky and Dauren Abayev signed an agreement on cooperation between the countries in the field of new and high technologies.
