Google and HTP Agree to Jointly Advance the Hi-Tech Park Resident Companies

On April, 19 in the HTP аdministration Director Vsevolod Yanchevsky met Google’s Country Director  Goetz Trillhaas to discuss cooperation in supporting and promoting  product companies and the Belarusian software startup ecosystem development.

During the meeting Google representatives shared their experience in cooperation with foreign hi-tech parks. They presented Google’s new marketing instruments for product companies, which help to identify demands for services and goods for particular market types and give an opportunity to organize a search for markets outside the country.

The HTP Director showed the guests new possibilities for foreign development centers, which open up in Belarus owing to the Decree No.8 “On the Development of the Digital Economy”.

The world's technology giant was attracted by a nifty technology developed by Belarusian engineers.The AIMatter team presented a technology of separating a person from a background in videos with the possibility to change the background. For the first time the technology works on mobile devices with streaming videos.
