HTP resident company Nival Network founded a new production and training centre Nival Games Lab, the main activity area of which will be game development for mobile platforms mainly for iOS (iPhone/iPod, iPad) and Android.

USD 1 million project starts in workshop mode and at the same time will function as science lab for young talented specialists. 

The unique nature of the project lies in the possibility to train young specialists for major professions of the game industry: programmer, 3d graphic designers and game designer. Within the framework of Nival Games Lab talented students will be able to learn practical skills and to fulfill themselves to the outmost.

We first faced some difficulties with training young designers 10 years ago, when we were organizing training courses at universities and were inviting students to train in the company and we partially solved the problem. Now we have managed to provide a complex salvation“. 

The centre is supplied with modern equipment and provides excellent working conditions in friendly, democratic and creative environment. Workshop is divided into groups of 3-5 people. It takes 3-4 month to develop each project. The best of them will be assigned marketing and advertising budget and their authors will receive a reward for each project implemented by the team. Upon the participation in Nival Games Lab the students will be able to receive job offers at Nival Network.
