31 October 2012

World of Tanks, the game developed by HTP resident-company Game Stream, became the best MMO project at Golden Joystick Awards.

Golden Joystick Awards ceremony is the most important event in the gaming industry and one of the oldest gaming awards in the world (established in 1982). It’s one of a kind award, the holders are chosen by gamers, not by a group of “experts”.

On the 30th ceremony in London prizes were given in 18 categories. In a persistent fight with the support of millions of players the award for best MMO project was taken by the online action game World of Tanks.

As Director of Game Stream Victor Novochadov said “this award is the best recognition of enormous effort put into the game”.
