HTP EC Graduates Showed Excellent Results

Graduates of the High-Tech Park Educational Center (HTP EC) presented their graduation projects on July 17, 2013 to representatives of the HTP resident-companies. Members of the three teams, which consisted of the most successful students of educational programs Java Developer, Front-End/PHP Developer, Software Testing Engineer and Business Analyst, presented their final designs of the project HRMS-INFO.

“I saw them at the very beginning ... now the level is really high. The HTP EC works in a very dynamic format: they actively attract people and they have built a good reputation. Statistics shows that EC graduates are tend to land long-term jobs and this proves a high level of training”, - said Arkadiy Dobkin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of EPAM Systems.

“I chose a course Business Analyst in April. I am very grateful to the HTP Educational Center! I did not only gained knowledge in this field, but also understood the whole system of work in related fields. It is really important to understand the whole process, form adequate requirements and be able to work as a team. Thanks to the project, now I can do better-paid and more interesting job in the IT-sector. I am confident about my knowledge and skills ... “, - Ekaterina Makarevich, one of the graduates, shared her impressions.

For the second time representatives of the resident -companies, graduates potential employers, became the members of the expert committee to assess projects. Its worth mentioning that to date more than 80% of the graduates of the OC HTP practical course that took place in May 2013 found a job.

“I believe that everything always depends on the person: how he understands the process. I remember people with higher education degrees and 4 - 5 certificates, who have not even qualified for junior level in the interview. Im very interested in smart emloyees. I hope that today I will invite the guys to meet our HRs, “- said Ilya Kazimirovskii, the Deputy Director of Strevus.

“There are young, active people who know how to work in a team ... And many companies are willing to hire them. I am interested in good employees and I can get an idea about their skills just after a casual conversation. Tomorrow I will pass the information to the HR department and give my recommendations.
