It is an important thing for software producers to know for whom they work, how users perceive the product, and whether it satisfies the users’ needs. HTP resident company Game Stream JVLLC, a part of international corporation Wargaming.net, who presented to the world the game World of Tanks, shared their users’ behavior analysis experience with the startuppers.

A successful development requires a constant feedback with the environment, getting relevant information through several alternative channels, correct interpretation both positive and negative comments are the key factors according to the experience of Wargaming.net. Modern information technologies give the possibility to get and process huge amount of such data.

This knowledge is not taught at universities, and people who work in our company are the unique possessors of it. In Belarus business culture notion in IT field is just emerging. That is why I support the HTP activity, because assistance is vitally important for young businessmen” .

Here you can get some advice from experienced programmers and businessmen in the IT field, and it will help you to avoid possible mistakes as well as to make new business contacts,” - saidKanstantsin Strausau, “ActivePads” startup founder.
