Roundtable Meeting: Wages in IT

Heads of the largest Belarusian IT companies discussed the current situation on the labor market during the roundtable meeting held in the Hi-Tech Park on December 22, 2014.
Approaches of the HTP resident-companies to remuneration of labor, the need for an information system on the level of wages in the field of information technology and their dynamics, and the possibility of using the bonus pay system were addressed during the meeting.
The participants of the meeting adopted a common decision not to index wages of the HTP resident-companies’ employees in December and January.
