Founders of Viber to Start New Internet Project in Belarus

The founders of Viber Media, HTP resident-company which developed a popular instant messaging application, decided to set up a new company in Minsk.

The project details are not disclosed but it is expected to exceed the previous one in scale and potential. Igor Magazinik and Talmon Marco believe that it should change the world and that the new product will gain hundreds of millions of users.

According to Igor Magazinik and Talmon Marco, there is the best ecosystem for the development of a startup in Belarus. A decade of successful work here makes them sure that a team for a new project should be drafted from Belarusian developers as only top professionals are needed. A team of 30 people is to be staffed during the year. The project manager is an experienced developer who has worked for one of the HTP companies for a long time.
