How to become an HTP resident?
To register as a resident of the Park of High Technologies, a legal entity or individual entrepreneur of the Republic of Belarus submits an application to the HTP administration in the established form with the attachment:
- copies of the charter (foundation agreement - for a commercial organization acting only on the basis of the foundation agreement) and a certificate of state registration of a legal entity, certified by its head, copies of a certificate of state registration of an individual entrepreneur with presentation of the originals of the listed documents;
- business project, which is proposed to be implemented as a resident of the Park of High Technologies. This business project specifies one or more types of activities listed in paragraph 3 of the Regulations on the Park of High Technologies, specific measures for their implementation, types and volumes of goods (works, services) intended for sale, property rights, justification of the need for their implementation, planned results of financial and economic activities. The business project form is currently approved Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus dated March 27, 2006 No. 403 "On some issues of implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus dated September 22, 2005 No. 12"
The submitted business project must undergo scientific and technical expertise and be considered by the Supervisory Board.
If the Supervisory Board makes a positive decision, a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur acquires the status of a residentПВТ.
