The Supervisory Board also discussed key strategic topics, including the activities of crypto-residents, improvements to crypto regulation, and proposals to support youth and the startup ecosystem.
Anna Ryabova, the director of Hi-Tech Park, commented: “Education and support for innovative youth remain top priorities. This innovation-driven movement holds great promise for the future.”
The Secretariat proposed the creation of a national grant system for talented students and educators in the IT sector. This initiative will include tools to reward young talents and their mentors, along with a coordination mechanism to support the implementation.
Another initiative involves supporting educational programs in innovation-driven entrepreneurship. University-based acceleration programs will help foster startup development by building entrepreneurial competencies.

Up to date Hi-Tech Park has already launched a venture academy and an incubation system as well as signed partnership agreements with startup centers at 12 Belarusian universities.
