HTP accelerator shapes a new generation of IT entrepreneurs. Overview of the Demo day

The Demo day of the HTP accelerator program for startups took place in the Hi-Tech Park business incubator.
Hi-Tech Park Supervisory Board Secretariat ran its accelerator programme for startups from February 27 to May 3, 2025. Its purpose was to help early stage projects launch their businesses. The accelerator included weekly expert lectures, meetings with the founders of Hi-Tech Park resident companies and Saturday pitching sessions.
This accelerator program is another step in the venture capital ecosystem development in Belarus in terms of creating an infrastructure for working with early stage startup projects and creating legal conditions for attracting private, including foreign, capital to high-risk technological projects.
The Demo day was the concluding stage of the program for 18 early stage startup projects seeking to attract their first investments. The guests of the event were mentors and experts of the accelerator, representatives of the investment and business community of Belarus, as well as managing partners of Russian venture funds: Trumplin Ventures (Omsk), Eurasian Innovation Center (Kazan), Hive (Moscow).
The following projects were featured at the Demo day:
IRC Arena – a competitive ecosystem for mobile games from Supercell.
NeuroCreo – a web service for analyzing trends in Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and creating short videos (Reels) using AI.
WearME – an AI search and selection of clothes.
Helena – an app to reduce anxiety by keeping a CBT diary with the guidance from an AI psychotherapist.
TAEXEL – an electronic service book. A mobile application for car owners and a platform for automating car service centers.
MONETORA – a cryptocurrency media space with training and a closed DAO with software for on-chain analysis and a mini app inside Telegram.
PlanLink – a platform for fast online booking services with a smart search and personalized recommendations.
Robot Vasily – an AI in-store consultant to increase sales and presales.
Vitaem – a customized management system for small daily rental properties.
DevX – a platform for managing (distributed) (technical) operator infrastructure by creating a digital twin.
Kliffort – a digital delivery platform for bulk construction materials.
DEWIAR AI – an AI-based intelligent environment to help companies with their decision-making process.
Virascope – a platform for finding and generating viral ideas for YouTube videos.
Langre – an application for learning English through short videos.
SaveX – a unified loyalty system for business and customer interaction.
FinSpace – an application for quick finance accounting with gamification elements.
inBelarus – a platform for enrollment in Belarusian universities from abroad.
Yuti AI – a gamified deep learning interface for edtech domain.
Kirill Zalessky, Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, attended the event: “The idea of launching the HTP accelerator program was born a year ago. Many preparatory activities have been done during this time, and today we summarize the results of the first accelerator program. I am glad to see like-minded people in this hall who contribute their knowledge, experience, expertise, and do it with an open heart”.
Introducing the participants of the event, Dmitry Mikulko, head of the HTP startup center, thanked all those who provided support in organizing and running the accelerator program, noting their contribution to the development of the venture ecosystem of Belarus and cultivating skills of those who are just starting their way in innovative entrepreneurship.
During the pitch session, startup founders gave investment presentations, specifying the business model of the project, highlighting the competence and motivation of the team, outlining the results of the target audience and competitors’ analysis, proving the relevance of the problem in question and the possibility of scaling the solution to foreign markets. After the presentation, the speakers received numerous questions from the representatives of the investment and business community, as well as professional advice from market experts.
The Demo day at HTP became a platform for networking and a starting point for further development of startups and their entry into the market.
Summing up the results of the accelerator program, Alexander Bazanov, the Director of Hi-Tech Park Supervisory Board Secretariat, said: “I am very glad that it turned out so bright, beautiful and exciting! We will keep you in the focus of our attention hoping that in the near future you will become HTP residents and join our big family. Alexander Bazanov also held a working meeting with the managing partners of the invited venture funds on the issues of further cooperation within the framework of the startup ecosystem development in the Republic of Belarus.
