HTP and SYNOMACHBEL promote contacts between IT companies of Belarus and China

Further activities to facilitate cooperation between Belarusian IT companies and Chinese partners were in the focus of the discussion between Alexander Bazanov, the Director of Hi-Tech Park, and Liu Jiadan, the Director General of SYNOMACHBEL. This meeting was another important step in promoting the long-term trust partnership.

The parties considered a wide range of opportunities to enhance cooperation between innovative companies of Belarus and China. Special attention was paid to building up contacts between Hi-Tech Park residents and sub-parks of the Zhongguancun ecosystem within the framework of the Agreement on Cooperation between HTP and Beijing Zhongguancun Technopark signed in Beijing in 2024. The possibilities of developing ties with different regions of China with the assistance of SYNOMACHBEL were also in the scope of the discussion.

The parties confirmed their willingness to facilitate the participation of Belarusian IT specialists in international competitions and technological exhibitions, as well as to keep up the practice of presenting the solutions of HTP residents to the potential Chinese partners. The prospects of featuring  Belarusian startups at the SYNOMACH site Fakel, as well as during the HICOOL Global Entrepreneurship Summit were also considered at the meeting. It was noted that this will allow young Belarusian companies and startups to make themselves known at the international level.

Summarizing the results of the meeting, Alexander Bazanov emphasized: “We are ready to continue involving Belarusian IT companies into the Chinese business environment. I am sure that only joint efforts will allow us to create conditions for growth, share experience and develop innovative entrepreneurship, and will open new horizons for Belarusian-Chinese cooperation in the field of high technologies”.
