HTP residents showcase solutions for retail

At a seminar, held at  Hi-Tech Park, resident companies presented their solutions for the retail sector, one of the most demanding and dynamic areas of the economy.

In her opening remarks, Anna Ryabova, the director of Hi-Tech Park, emphasized that such events enable resident companies to establish direct connections with potential clients and move beyond general presentations toward deeper discussions. This, in turn, helps uncover new opportunities and growth points.

“For us as organizers, this is more than just a meeting. It’s a chance to create a productive platform for the dialogue between business and technology. We’ve already tested this format, and it has proven to be both democratic and highly effective”, she noted.

Around 15 Hi-Tech Park companies showcased IT solutions capable of completely transforming management ща trade processes, personnell, marketing and  security. A key highlight was the opportunity to present innovations directly to representatives of Evrotorg, one of the country’s largest retail chains. This facilitated practical application of the innovative solutions.

Roman Timaev, the director for business efficiency and innovation at Evrotorg, shared: “Technology is reshaping the world. We need a strong link between business and innovation – from idea to its implementation”. He also thanked the Hi-Tech Park Secretariat for fostering effective communication between the IT sector and traditional business in Belarus. Timaev noted that representatives from all major departments of the company were present, including procurement, commerce, marketing, logistics, and operations.

The practical part of the event featured demonstrations of ready-to-deploy innovative solutions designed not only to modernize the familiar retail environment but to make business processes easier and more efficient.

For example, International Business Alliance showcased a set of technologies, from an AI platform and a low-code solution to accelerate the development to assistant robots, and IoT-based thermal network monitoring. Invento Labs presented an integrated ERP/CRM platform and the QuAnt Data Management system for big data control. Bright Solutions offered asset management and service desk systems. Clever Systems introduced Convertum, a powerful tool for automated database migration.

In the security segment Synesis demonstrated the Kipod video analytics platform with modular capabilities for detecting crowd formations, violations, and hazardous objects. AxonSoft showcased a full set of tools from unloading control in stores to remote store management via mobile apps.

For automation and inventory Technoton Engineering presented transport control and equipment monitoring systems. Epol Soft featured the Epol OSS suite and labor resource balancing tools. Isida-Informatics offered archival solutions. YUKOLA-INFO-Brest demonstrated robust 1C-based products for warehouse and repair management.

In the HR and marketing section Future Reality showcased an innovative onboarding and employee adaptation system with multi-level analytics. UEXPY presented a set of intelligent solutions focused on customer experience personalization, HR process automation and marketing analytics. AlgoFusion introduced a system for automated processing of text, video and audio content to build knowledge bases, along with an email analyzer. AGM Soft presented an information platform for personnel management.

Additionally, a representative from the Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus delivered a presentation on current financial support mechanisms for projects in the real sector. The speaker provided detailed insights into funding conditions for innovation activities through the Belarusian Innovation Fund, SME support programs, and credit offerings for promising industrial initiatives.

The seminar concluded with a series of B2B meetings, where participants exchanged experiences, discussed solution details, and outlined prospects for their implementation in Belarusian retail.

The Evrotorg representatives emphasized the value of the event and expressed their willingness to continue open dialogue and fruitful collaboration with Hi-Tech Park residents.
