Hi-Tech Park and Venture Investors Club Sign Cooperation Agreement
The Secretariat of the Hi-Tech Park Supervisory Board and the Venture Investors Club have signed an agreement on interaction and cooperation aimed at supporting and developing the startup ecosystem of the Republic of Belarus.
The signing of the agreement continues systematic efforts to develop the startup ecosystem in Belarus, which fosters not only the projects themselves but also everything necessary for their growth: educational programs, expert support, platforms for experience exchange, and an investment community.
A pool of investors ready to fund Belarusian startups began to take shape in December 2025, following the first cohort of the Venture Academy. It was the Academy that brought together people interested in systematic work with startups and the development of a venture investment culture in Belarus. The signed agreement represents the next step in this work and establishes a foundation for further cooperation between the parties.
Cooperation will develop across several areas. These include organizing events and meetings with representatives of the investment and business community, providing informational and advisory support to startups, promoting innovative entrepreneurship, developing the ecosystem's human capital, and facilitating the attraction of venture investments, including from abroad.
It is important that this agreement is built on partnership and a shared interest in developing the startup ecosystem. For Hi-Tech Park, it is important that more quality startups ready to grow and attract investment emerge in Belarus. For the Venture Investors Club, the priority is increasing the number of deals, growing their value, and broadly expanding the practice of investing in Belarusian projects. This is precisely where the parties' interests align: the stronger the ecosystem, the more mature teams and real investment opportunities it contains

One of the next steps may involve the further development of the Venture Academy within the investment community itself. Investors who have gone through this journey will subsequently be able to share their experience with those who are just considering investing in startups. Such an approach will gradually expand the circle of market participants and create conditions for an increase in the number of deals and the total volume of investments in Belarusian startups.
For us, it is important not only to unite investors ready to invest in startups but also to build long-term cooperation with Hi-Tech Park in the interest of the entire ecosystem. The main result we strive for is an increase in the number of deals and the volume of investments that Belarusian startups receive. To achieve this, we need not only to identify promising projects but also to expand the circle of experienced investors ready to work systematically with this market

The cooperation between the parties will strengthen ties between startups, investors, and the expert and business communities, and will practically contribute to an increase in the number of investment deals and the volume of financing attracted to Belarusian startups.
