Hi-Tech Park celebrates its 18th birthday

On September 22, 2023, Hi-Tech Park Belarus celebrates its 18th birthday. Today it is one of the most remarkable symbols, that indicates rapid advancement of information technologies and innovations in Belarus. Over the 18 years of its existence Park has achieved impressive results and made a huge contribution to the development of the IT sector and the economy of Belarus. Our residents form about 4% of GDP and one third of the country's total exports of services. Yet, Hi-Tech Park is not about numbers. It is about brave people, the vibe of discoveries and the spirit of adventure.

Throughout this time Hi-Tech Park Belarus has become a favorable ecosystem and home for talented professionals and innovative companies. This has led to the emergence of many successful IT startups and developments that are applied both in the domestic and global markets. By their creative and inspired labor HTP residents on the daily basis prove that Belarus is able to compete in the global IT industry and create high-quality products.

As for its social responsibility, Hi-Tech Park Belarus actively participates in various charity and educational projects. This helps to improve life quality of the population and creates favorable environment for the technologic industry development. The educational initiatives of Hi-Tech Park are being implemented today in almost 500 preschool institutions, which annually encompass thousands of children. About 78,000 schoolchildren have been trained in our programs. About 90 joint laboratories of the residents have been launched in Belarusian universities, and more than 50 branches of university departments opened in the resident companies. We launched the model of continuous education "kindergarden-school-university" to promote the engagement of talented young specialists and provide them with quality education and prospects for career development in the IT sphere.

Hi-Tech Park celebrates its remarkable date with a considerable background of experience and achievements. It is not only another benchmark, but also new horizons for future accomplishments.
