MetaEra, the Hi-Tech Park resident, together with leading mediators and lawyers, launched the first and the only online e-mediation service for business in Belarus.

This is an opportunity to quickly and affordably resolve disputes between companies with the help of a professional mediator. The innovative Online Mediation is provided as part of other services of the MetaEra ecosystem. It allows you to reach an agreement with your counterparty much faster without the need to go to court and at the same time maintain partnership with them.

The entire procedure, including negotiations, takes place online, documents are signed with electronic digital signature and sent to the court directly from the office, thus helping to save time and money of the parties, especially those located at a considerable distance from each other.

Mediation is financially more favorable than litigating a case in court. Enforcement of mediation agreements is usually voluntary, however it is also provided for by law.

The project was launched in February 2024 and several mediations have already been successfully conducted with its help. All documents drawn up electronically and signed by the parties to the online dispute with EDS have been accepted by the economic court.
