Results of HTP Performance in January - September 2009

The results of HTP performance in January - September 2009 demonstrate the growth of main financial indicators.

Compared to the same period in 2008 the software production revenue growth rate made up 152% (120% in view of alteration in USD exchange rates and the deflator).

Despite the world decline tendencies on the employment market, the number of employees is growing in the Hi-Tech Park. As of October 1, 2009 the number of HTP resident-companies employees was 6073 people. Compared to the same period in 2008 the average staffing number growth rate in HTP is 120%.

The share of export in the overall production is 80 %. HTP residents companies retain their positions on the hi-tech markets of North America and Western Europe. The bulk of the produced software accounts for by the telecommunications sector, transportation and retailing businesses. Belarusian software is exported to 44 countries of the world. 41% of software exports account for by the North America market,  32%  - Western European countries and 20% - by CIS countries.

As of October 1, 2009, 72 companies are registered as HTP residents.
