First startup companies have been selected to participate in the HTP business incubation program.

Startups were to meet the following requirements: to be registered as a legal entity and an individual entrepreneur in the Republic of Belarus for no more than three years, be engaged in activities allowed for HTP resident companies and develop their own products (services).

7 most promising projects were selected among more than two dozen startups:

1. iDiscount is developing a B2B customer loyalty mobile application. iDiscount is a tool for small businesses that allows creating and issuing electronic discount cards, keeping track of the cards and identifying customers in the shop using a smartphone only.

2. BIT Animation develops mobile applications and games, robotic systems, websites, quality monitoring systems based on computer vision systems, and smart home software. The company’s portfolio includes Arbot – a robot for gaming; ArCola – an augmented reality advertising app; ArPrice – a barcode and QR reader app with additional functionality.

3. Eventer focuses on crowdfunding and organizing events Eventer.by is a platform for event managers enabling to create and promote events, sell tickets and work with visitors.

4. Metric Development specializes in automation of big data collection, analysis and optimization to increase efficiency of the customer web and mobile segments. MetricsCat.com is designed to collect public information on all applications from AppStore, Google Play and Windows Store and thus solve the problem of little information about application markets, mobile audience, competitor analysis and promotion strategy.

Changeagain.me enables web-page optimization to increase conversion and sales and improve marketing performance.

5. Entrepreneur Arthur Vorushilo develops B2B and B2B2C software for Smart TV (Samsung, LG, Apple TV, Roku, Android TV, etc.).

6. MeetnGreetMe is developing a services platform for travelers to help find a personal assistant in any country to get support and gain a unique experience when abroad.

7. Mobile Analytics is working on the famous startup SplitMetrics developed to test applications and determine the highest converting variant to increase the number of downloads when using organic traffic and advertising (A/B testing).

The selected startups will be able to rent office space in the HTP incubator at lower rates for several years. Each company will get a personal mentor as well as support and advice from well-known businessmen, mentors and senior managers of HTP resident-companies. In addition, the companies will get assistance in attracting venture capital investment.
