iTeen Academy Assessed Results

6 June 2016

On June 4, the HTP business incubator hosted a final project defense for trainees of iTeen Academy.

Trainees of the academy developed games in Scratch as well as robotics, web-design and programming projects. The projects were divided into 3 categories by students’ age:

·         Robotics: 13-year-old+ trainees assembled football-playing robots which could pass the ball;

·         Lego Mindstorms: 10-14-year trainees wrote a general program enabling robots to come to finish through a specail labyrinth;

·         Lego WeDo: trainees aged 10 years old and younger wrote programs which showed capabilities of different robots.

After the project defense, the trainees received diplomas and certificates. Director of the HTP Educational Center Vadim Zelenkov noted with delight that the computer had turned into an instrument for iTeen Academy students enabling them to implement ideas, and gained knowledge would help students succeed in the IT sphere in the future.
