HTP Presented Solutions for E-Documents Workflow

15 June 2009

Modern software solutions in the field of data archiving and e-document workflow systems were presented on June 15, 2009 at the workshop “New methods of electronic data storage and archival data operation”.

Opening the workshop, Deputy Director of HTP Alexander Martinkevich noted that by 2011, according to IDC, the volume of e-documents in the world will multiply 10 times in comparison to 2006. “The volume of electronic documents is gradually expanding in the whole world. At present it is getting more and more complicated to control the data flows circulating both within and between companies. That is why it is now so hard to go without modern systems of e-document workflow that make it possible to systematize data”.

At the workshop HTP resident “OZONE Consulting” presented its product for data archiving and migration of e-documents – JIVS (Java Intranet Viewing System). With the help of “JIVS Migration” it is possible to search, analyze and reorganize data. “JIVS History” makes it possible to visualize, report, search and export achieved data in the system of e-documents workflow.

The uniqueness of this product is that the system allows archiving data without loss while the term of its storage is over 70 years. The program is compatible with any system of data storage.

Representatives of governmental structures and ministries, IT-companies and Belarus enterprises took part in the workshop.
