7 September 2016

On September 5-6, HTP hosted seminars focusing on Access to International Markets: Tax Planning and Structuring. The seminars were conducted by Ernst & Young (EY) experts.

During the first seminar, EY experts in the field of tax services met with leaders, accountants and lawyers of HTP resident-companies to discuss a number of issues mature companies face:
how to implement mobile applications using third-party platforms;

the significance of international organization for attracting investment;

basic tax aspects of doing business through international organizations.

The second seminar was organized for startuppers and entrepreneurs. Speakers paid attention to challenges faced when starting a business:
how to prioritize right tax planning and business development;

how to identify the right structure for the company to develop.

The seminars were informative and interesting to the participants and prompted a dialogue between the speakers and the audience. Guests asked questions, described their difficulties and received answers from the experts.
