Belarus and Tatarstan Exchanged Experience in IT

HTP Director Valery Tsepkalo revealed the history and development plans of the Hi-Tech Park during the meeting with Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov.

The city of Innopolis was opened in Tatarstan a year ago after four years of construction to focus on hi-tech research and development activities. Innopolis has its own university and technology park. Therefore, guests from Tatarstan were particularly interested in the successful Belarus' experience in building an ecosystem that has enabled to develop a strong IT industry.

The delegation headed by Rustam Minnikhanov learned the principles and results of HTP activities and visited the HTP business incubator.

The guests showed particular interest in HTP projects in the field of IT education.
