Party Hard! 2017 Exhibition and Conference Held in HTP Business Incubator

On February 25 2017, the HTP business incubator hosted Party Hard!, an annual conference onelectronics, robotics, BIG Data, and Internet of Things. This year, over 500 participants from Belarus and neighboring countries discussed the latest trends in the development of electronic devices.

16 speakers shared their experience in hardware.

Among the speakers, there wereAndrei Dusmikeev,Director at MediuM and Project Manager at SolarEnrg; Artem Artamonov, Head of Special Design Bureau of Optical Electronic Devices at IZOVAC Technologies; Timofei Lipsky, RocketBody Leader; Dmitry Migal, Leading Engineer at Nootechnics; Evgeny Labun, Project Manager of Bolge, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Device Design and Manufacture of the Belarusian National Technical University; Ryhor Prakapovich, Associate Professor, Leading Researcher at the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus; Dmitry Emelyanov and Dmitry Komelkov, Software Engineers at Softeq Development; Vadim Radzivill, CEO at R-Nox, among other experts.

The exhibition featured a lot of interesting projects developed by Belarusian engineers, startuppers, and university students.

Researchers of the United Institute of Informatics Problems of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus demonstrated their robotics construction set RoboCake.

Developers of the Pleasier project presented a keyboard with touch keys. MediuM invited participants of the conference to test their smart vest for an active security system at night.

The HTP resident-company Softeq Development showed a number of projects, including a flexible wrist display, Nike smart golf shoes with embedded sensors to determine the pressure of athlete's feet during the stroke, WiseWear smart bracelet, Walt Disney Park guides for people with visual and hearing impairments, and smart watch able to work the whole year without recharging.
