Startup Residing in HTP Business Incubator Named Best at WSA Mobile

MeetnGreetMe, a startup company residing in the HTP business incubator, was named among the best in the Culture & Tourism category at the World Summit Award Mobile.

MeetnGreetMe is an online platform for offline concierge services for global travelers from local people. According to its founder and CEO Elena Shkarubo, currently travelers may enjoy hospitality of local people in 160 cities around the globe, including Rome, Barcelona, Minsk, Seoul, etc.

The World Summit Award Mobile (WSA Mobile) is a global initiative to select and promote the world’s best in mobile content and innovative applications with high social impact. WSA Mobile is conducted in cooperation with the United Nations World Summit on the Information Society. Winners are selected by IT experts from 178 UN member states.

The assessment is based on the key technical and strategic criteria: quality of the content, functionality, design, technology, and innovation; local and global social impact.
