On November 22, Director of Hi-Tech Park Vsevolod Yanchevsky met with shareholders and owners of major IT companies from the Asian-Pacific region. Shi Yuzhu (Giant Interactive) and Nurali Aliyev (Zhanartu investment fund) were present during the negotiations in the Hi-Tech Park. Shi Yuzhu is one of the top Asian IT businessmen. His personal wealth exceeds $4 billion. He founded Giant Interactive, one of the world's largest video game developers and publishers.

Zhanartu was established by Nurali Aliyev in 2016. The fund invests in digital business and training for IT specialists in compliance with international standards.

During the meeting, Vsevolod Yanchevsky and Shi Yuzhu signed a memorandum of cooperation. The parties agreed to open development centers of international AI and gaming companies in the Hi-Tech Park. They also agreed to promote Belarusian technology startups on the rapidly growing Asian markets.
