HTP resident company Tieto has been acknowledged as a Strong Performer in ”The Forrester Wave(TM): EMEA Applications Outsourcing, Q4 2010“, (Forrester Research, Inc., December 2010). According to the report, ”Tieto is highly attuned to the future of SaaS and recognizes the importance of support automation and user self-service in the delivery of applications management services“. 

Forrester's 50-criteria evaluation looked at 15 leading providers of applications outsourcing solution vendors in EMEA.

As Ari Karppinen, Head of Operations and Managed Services in Tieto, says: ”It is a great achievement being included among the 15 leading providers.
