HTP company-resident Generation P and the National Tourism Agency of the Republic of Belarus have launched the national online reservation system on the basis of the travel portal www.belarustourism.by.

The online system was created based on the domestic software system Travel Suite which meets all the modern requirements and is already used in 17 countries. The system allows to choose a hotel and to book a room online through entering the bank card data. The room can be paid upon arrival at the hotel through blocking some sum on the customer’s card account (the cost of one night stay) as well as through advanced payment for all the stay. 

What makes this online system different from other systems is that it delivers to the hotels a useful tool to manage their room capacity and to alter their room quotas, shared between their partners (travel agencies and single tourists). 
In the near future the national online reservation system will be integrated in the international consolidators which will give thousands of travels agencies all over the world an access to Belarusian hotels. 

Online system of hotel rooms’ reservation is the first step in creating all national system of accommodation, tours, transfers, car rent, tickets for cultural and sport events. 

The official presentation of the National Online Reservation System will take place in the National Exhibition Centre ”BELEXPO“ (Yanka Kupala Str. 27, Minsk) within the frames of the 14-th International Fair for Tourism ”LEISURE – 2011“.
