New Testing Technologies for University Teachers by HTP

On April 8th Hi-Tech Park hosted the seminar on Software Testing for the ICT teachers of Belarusian Universities. The seminar was attended by 30 teachers from 10 universities of Minsk, Gomel, Grodno, Brest and Vitebsk.

The seminar program consisted of four section:
• Introduction to Software Testing process 
• Web and Standalone projects as a testing direction 
• CAT (Computer-Aided Tomography)
• Introduction to Performance Testing.

Workshop participants learned about the features, types, process and phases of testing, tests for Web and Standalone projects, CAT, performance testing for different systems.

Dmitry Shastitko, the teacher of Economic and Mathematic Management Methods, Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus: ”I think these seminars are useful and relevant. The information on CAT methods will be used by me while teaching the students“.

The workshop was also broadcasted via Internet from HTP conference hall in Minsk to Vitebsk State University (VSU) named after P.M. Masherov. Thus, another 20 teachers of VSU were able to gain knowledge about the technologies of software testing online

Training was conducted by highly qualified coaches of HTP resident company Itransition: Alla Stepanskaya, Irina Mefodieva, Dmitry Tishchenko and Maxim Eganov.
