On April 14th, 2011 the leading mobile developers from Belarus Hi-Tech Park presented their latest developments in mobile applications technologies to Lotus Chen, Vice President of HTC Corporation, during the visit of the official delegation of HTC to HTP Belarus in Minsk.

HTP residents presented their latest developments based on Android mobile technologies: AppStore/GoogleMarket-like native mobile applications for iOS and Android; ATG Mobile for Android™ of the Android Asset for ATG e-Commerce Store backend, and other projects in IP Multimedia Subsystems for Android VoIP Clients (Communicators), GBA (Generic Bootstrapping Architecture). 

After the presentations HTC Vice President Lotus Chen expressed his thoughts and ideas. He emphasized that HTC Corporation finds Belarus a very perspective country for their further extension. And BLRSoft is to play a great role in this plan – underlined Lotus Chen. In the near future BLRSoft as HTC VAS is going to triple its Team, thus assisting HTC in its aim to consolidate itself as the Mobile Leader. 

During his speech Lotus Chen mentioned that the company is in the constant search of what is demanded and trying to improve life of users. At the moment mobile entertaining segment is considered to be one of the most significant parts – and the company is going to lay stress on it. Besides, much attention now is devoted to Android platform. Lotus Chen also accentuated the main advantage of Android – its variety which allows to widen the application range and gives plenty of room for creating and developing. 

Moreover during the meeting HTC delegation presented HTC Sensation – one of the latest HTC Sense 3.0 version with 3D effect.

The participants of the meeting also discussed the situation on the mobile markets in Belarus and worldwide, as well as the tendencies and prospectives which future holds for the global mobile market. And HTC delegates one more time underlined that they want to see Belarus as a good partner in their further development and achievements. 

At the moment Taiwanese corporation HTC is one of the fastest growing companies in the mobile phone industry. In summer 2010 BLRSoft Company (Minsk) became HTC Corp. organization department – HTC VAS (Value Added Services) – with Ongan Mordeniz as its Head.
