On April 21, 2009 delegation of Philips Lumileds Lighting consisting of Mr. James Miller, Vice President of Philips Lumileds Lighting, and Mr. Ove Sorensen, Eastern and Western Europe Sales Director, visited the Administration of HTP Belarus.

Philips Lumileds Lighting is the world's leading manufacturer of high-power LEDs and the pioneer in use of solid-state lighting solutions for everyday purposes including automotive lighting, computer displays, LCD televisions, signaling and general lighting.

During the meeting Valery Tsepkalo, Director of Belarus Hi-Tech Park, made a presentation of the Park, highlighted its special legal regime, the results of its activities and the opportunities of its further development.

This visit is the second one made by the representatives of Philips Lumileds Lighting to HTP Belarus. In October, 2008 the delegation consisting of Mark van den Berg, Marketing Vice President, and Oliver Schafer, Europe Technical Sales Director, visited HTP Belarus.
