On June 10, 2011 EPAM Systems has submitted the plan on trading the shares in the amount of $100 million at the Securities and Exchange Commission. 

EPAM Systems is one of the biggest software engineering and IT outsourcing provider in Central and Eastern Europe.

The company runs projects in more than 30 countries around the globe for the world famous customers listed in Fortune 50/500 and public organizations some of which are situated on the territory CIS.

Over 6,000 people are employed by the company. EPAM Systems has offices in 10 countries: Belarus, Ukraine, Russia, Hungry, Kazakhstan, USA, Switzerland, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Germany. The main development center is situated in Minsk.
