HTP Develops Unique Video Monitoring System

The features of the compact video monitoring device, which provides intelligent processing in video surveillance systems, were presented to the state institutions and organizations in HTP. 

The device was developed by Synesis, HTP resident company. 

More than 20 state institutions and organizations, including Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Defense, Emergency Situations Ministry, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus, the Belarusian Railway Company, Belarusian joint stock gas company ”Beltransgas“, JSC ”Belaruskali“, Production association “Minsk Tractor Works”. 

This device allows to increase the capacity of the surveillance systems already in place. Using the modern technologies of computer vision and artificial intelligence provides for automatic detection of predefined alarm situations in real time without operator. 

In comparison with foreign world's leading producers’ analogs the device features are: 
* High accuracy in alarm situations detection (confirmed by tests in the UK and Russia); 
* Adaptation to the Belarusian climate; 
* Absence of mechanical parts (disks, ventilators). 

The video analytics device conforms to the international standard ONVIF and possesses i-LIDS international certificates. 

Video monitoring system can be integrated into the existing surveillance system without replacing equipment (cables, cameras, recorders, monitors of security services remote).
