A series of master-classes for potential issuers will be held within the frame of the seminar ”Raising Capital on AIM of the London Stock Exchange“. The seminar will take place on May 29th, 2012 on the basis of HTP Administration.

Master-classes will be conducted by the London Stock Exchange representatives – J. Edwards and M. Kondratiuks (Department of Primary Securities Market and Department of Business Development on the Markets in CEE and CIS countries). Both master-classes will be held in Russian.

During the first master-class ”Capabilities to Raise Funds on AIM“ top-managers will learn about London Stock Exchange markets, methods of financing of a company and raising funds, requirements and cost of listing on AIM, corporate management and role of consultants.

The second master-class ”Preparing for Public Offering on AIM“ is dedicated to restructuring of companies prior to IPO, specifics of tax planning, accounting, information disclosure and relations with investors.

The seminar is intended for top-managers of HTP resident-companies and is free of charge.
