Valery Tsepkalo: May the Coming 2013 Become a Year of Your New Achievements!

26 December 2012

Dear friends!

2012 that brought us new achievements and reasons to be proud of ourselves is passing into history.

In 2012 the Hi-Tech Park continued scaling new heights: we made our first $1 billion, 13 new resident-companies joint our team and the total amount of IT specialists working in the Park has almost reached 14 thousand.

In the passing year we increased the amount of Belarusian IT products on the global software market. HTP residents are on the rating lists among the leading IT companies on a regular basis. We have the right to be called the biggest IT cluster in Central and Eastern Europe. Today HTP is so respectful that the biggest global corporations establish their developing centers here, our experience is adopted by our CIS partners, IT Parks in the East and West are willing to sign partnership and cooperation agreements with us.

In 2012 we continued implementing cutting-edge solutions and technologies at Belarusian enterprises and governmental institutions, realized several educational projects to enable students to master modern technologies. Thus we help Belarus to enhance competitiveness of its economy and move forward towards information society.

Our plans for 2013 are no less ambitious. As before we will facilitate the development and strengthening of Belarus IT sector, work on more IT products that are in demand. Besides, the development of the Park site will be completed: scientific buildings, a business incubator and educational center, blocks of flats and other elements of social infrastructure will grow on the Park territory of 50 hectares making it a real hi-tech city.

May the coming 2013 become a year of your new achievements and success!
