"The increase in the number of IT professionals is a key factor in enabling companies to increase from year to year their revenues and software exports, to participate in more technically complex and expensive projects, to work on their own software. Our resident-companies employ not only software engineers but also technical writers, business analysts, marketing specialists, testers, which are essential for the companies’ success both on foreign and domestic markets. And the demand for such employees is also growing, "- said Valery Tsepkalo, director of the Hi-Tech Park.

"Today, information technologies are being actively implemented in all areas of business and society, and therefore, software development often requires not only knowledge of software engineering, but also skills in the area where the product is going to be implemented. A person with basic knowledge in the field of IT and understanding of the related industry can become a really valuable IT professional, "- said Valery Tsepkalo.
