On April 18 the Hi-Tech Park resident company EPAM Systems and Belarusian State Economic University opened a joint lab to prepare SAP-specialists on the basis of the university’s branch in Bobruisk. It was another step in the history of cooperation between EPAM Systems and BSEU that started a year ago with the opening of the main laboratory at the university in the capital. Now when the laboratory functions on the basis of Bobruisk branch of BSEU the students will be trained within the unified system and therefore join the program SAP University Alliances. Both teachers and students will get access to the advanced solutions for business management. Students will have a chance to gain and improve professional skills.

Highly respected guests visited the event: head of the educational department of Bobruisk municipal executive committee Irina Ryneiskaja, CEO of SAP representative office in the Republic of Belarus Andrey Goriajnov, head of the marketing and development department of the HTP Administration Jury Derevianko, head of the information systems department of EPAM Systems Arkady Barhan and CEO of EPAM Systems Sergey Divin.

According to Andrey Goriajnov, CEO of SAP representative office in the Republic of Belarus, “there is intellectual work of many generations of programmers, engineers, economists and scientists from Europe and America in SAP. So we would like to encourage programmers not to waste time and take this opportunity to gain knowledge seriously and with a great deal of attention. Good luck!”
