Results of HTP Performance in the First Three Months of 2010

In the first three months of 2010 the volume of production of Hi-Tech Park resident-companies amounted to Br 98,1 bln, which is 138 % of the same period of 2009, or 124 % taking into account the deflator and the USD exchange rate alteration.

The share of export in the overall HTP production is 78,5 %.

The export of software and IT-services increased by 30% in the first three months of 2010 in comparison with the same period of 2009.

In January-March 2010 Belarusian software was exported to 41 countries of the world. 48 % of software exports accounts for by the countries of North America, 25% – by Western Europe, 17% – by CIS countries. In 2009 these figures were 41%, 30% and 23% respectively.

As of April 1, 2010, 80 companies were registered in the Hi-Tech Park, employing 7502 people. In the first three months of 2010, 243 new jobs were created in the Park.

The average monthly salary of HTP employees in January-March 2010 amounted to Br. 3,5 mln.
