HTP Educational Center became the winner of the first nationwide Belarusian IT Awards in the nomination “IT-Training Courses 2013”.

Belarusian IT Awards is an open award that was established to estimate a contribution and achievements of experts and companies in Belarusian IT industry. The organizer is Dev.by, the largest IT portal in Belarus.

More than 300 applications in 22 nominations were submitted. However, only 39 companies and 54 specialists, including HTP Educational Center (in the nomination “IT-Training Courses 2013”) and Viktoria Piliptcevich as the Business Analyst Program teacher (in the nomination “Instructor 2013”) were shortlisted. Along with HTP Educational Center in the nomination “Best IT-Training Courses 2013” the IBA educational center, course.by project (“free courses on trend technologies”), and itmine.by (“exclusive IT trainings”) reached the final.

The award winner was determined by open voting of the whole IT community as well as the jury panel of Belarusian IT-industry representatives. HTP Educational Center was the ultimate winner both in “popular vote” and experts’ opinion.

“Such events as IT Awards are important signs for us, it means that IT community becomes maturer and transforms from quantity to quality. These events give a unique possibility for us to be evaluated by both professionals and people whom our Center was created for. It is a great honour that our team’s work was highly estimated. IT Awards is a kind of a trust sign which we should certainly justify. The results of our activity become more and more noticeable for IT community, ant it is a great responsibility, it means we should meet the highest standards in everything,” – said Vadim Zelenkov, HTP Educational Center Deputy Director.

“To win in “Best IT-training courses 2013”nomination is the highest recognition of our Educational Center work. It proves that HTP Educational Center has its niche in the educational services market and fits it fine,”- added Viktoria Piliptcevich, the Business Analyst Program teacher in HTP Educational Center.
