Aiming at promoting scientific research activities among high school students and developing their creativity and interest in the study of mathematics, physics, and computer science, among others, the Hi-Tech Park initiated and sponsored the Belarus Science and Engineering Fair (BelSEF).

BelSEF is the national science and engineering competition for students (age 13-18) which is held annually in the form of an open exhibition of scientific projects.

This year, Belarusian students will compete in the following categories:Biological Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematical Sciences, Physics, Engineering: Electrical and Mechanical

Winners of the national contest represent Belarus in the Intel® International Science and Engineering Fair® (Intel ISEF), the world’s largest international pre-college science competition. The Intel ISEF 2015 will be held May 10-15, 2015 in Pittsburgh , USA.
