On April 22-23, 2015 Facebook hosts leading startups and entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe and Russia for the Facebook Marketing Summit, which takes place at the Hi-Tech Park in Minsk, Belarus. The event is a unique opportunity to learn about top marketing solutions and connect with the Facebook team and colleagues in the industry.

This Facebook Marketing Summit is designed specifically for CEOs and CMOs of companies who are interested in growing their business globally. It will focus on key global marketing trends and solutions, as well as deliver strategic vision from Facebook’s leadership in the CEE region – Director for Central and Easter Europe Robert Bednarski and Director of Sales and Client Solutions Clive Ryan. Facebook’s global experts will share the most effective marketing strategies and provide insight into the most innovative marketing solutions.

"With 2 million businesses advertising on Facebook today, we have proven to entrepreneurs that our marketing solutions work. With consumers shifting to mobile, the opportunities for scaling and monetizing business and expanding globally have never been greater. We are committed to ensuring that clients use strategies and rely on insights that have proven themselves to be effective on Facebook, have a direct impact on bottom line and help grow business exponentially," said Facebook`s Director of CEE Robert Bednarski.

The full-day Marketing Summit agenda will include best practices for customer acquisition on Facebook, direct response advertising and cross-device measurement. Additionally, a significant part of the Summit will be dedicated to creativity: exploring the questions of building a brand on Facebook, unlocking its creative potential and learning about opportunities presented by the Instagram creative canvas.

Clive Ryan, Facebook`s Director of Sales and Client Solutions, commented: "We would like our clients to capitalize on the rapid growth of mobile across the world, which provides unprecedented opportunities to reach people with stories that are personal, relevant and meaningful – breaking through geographic, technological, linguistic and cultural barriers. As part of the summit, we aim to uncover some of the best practices in developing tailored creative campaigns around the globe to deliver a top-notch Facebook experience to potential customers based on their location and the devices they are using."

Valery Tsepkalo, director of the Hi-Tech Park, said: "For us it’s a great honor to be a partner of the Facebook Marketing Summit in Minsk. The Belarusian Hi-Tech Park is today not only one of the leading IT clusters in Eastern Europe but also creates a unique environment for the emergence and development of new hi-tech IT companies. Facebook’s experience in product promotion on the international markets is unique and will be useful for the further development of our companies."
