With the support of the HTP resident-company Game Stream, over 100 school students from Miyagi and Fukushima prefectures of Japan (the most affected by the Fukushima nuclear accident) received healthcare services in the Belarusian educational health-improving center Zubrenok in summer, 2015.

In addition to the rehabilitation program, the children and attendant adults learned about the Belarusian culture, centuries-old traditions and customs.

When meeting the guests from Japan, Game Stream director Victor Novochadov said: "...we want you to be healthy and happy, laugh and rejoice, see our beautiful country and love Belarus the way we love our country. And may your life be good and bright, kind and joyful. Remember Belarus which I believe has become a little bit closer to you. Remember the people who have tried to do everything possible for you..."

A nuclear disaster at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant began on 11 March, 2011 and resulted in a nuclear meltdown of three of the plant's six nuclear reactors. The failure occurred when the plant was hit by a tsunami that had been triggered by the magnitude 9.0 earthquake.

A special rehabilitation program in Zubrenok was developed in August, 2012. That year, 14 school students from Japan spent their holidays in the health-improving center for the first time.In 2015, the rehabilitation program for Japanese students was financed by Game Stream.
