FainEX is an online investment platform, that provides services related to the creation and placement of digital signs (tokens), the arrangenent of ICOs and the performance of buy-sell transactions of tokens on the secondary market.

Main customers of the platform are two categories of users:

ICO Issuers – companies interested in raising funds by creating and placing debt tokens (similar to loans or corporate bonds) and other types of tokens;

Investors – natural persons and legal entities with temporarily available funds for investment, who purchase tokens from ICO Issuers to receive additional income or obtain other civil rights stipulated during the creation of tokens.
