HTP 3.0: New legislation on development of Hi-Tech Park

The Decree No.102 “On the development of the Hi-Tech Park” has signed on 12 April. 

The Decree is aimed at enabling conditions conducive to further prospective development of Hi-Tech Park based on modern technological tendencies and de facto opens up a new page in the history of the IT-sphere of Belarus.

The Decree provides for setting up a managing company in the structure of Hi-Tech Park, which will focus on intensive strategic development of the Park. It will represent the managing company Hi-Tech Park during interaction with foreign partners and will assist the Park resident companies in expanding their export, entring new markets, and raising foreign investments.

Meanwhile, all the business operation terms Hi-Tech Park – legal framework, taxation, financial conditions – remain unchanged.

The Supervisory Board of Hi-Tech Park will retain its authority in full. A secretariat will be set up to facilitate its operation.
