UAE Ambassador and Hi-Tech Park Director discussed new areas of cooperation

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Belarus Ibrahim Salim Al-Musharrah visited Hi-Tech Park and met with the Director Vsevolod Yanchevsky.

During the meeting the guest got acquainted with the history of the Park, its residents and achievements, advanced developments solutions of the Hi-Tech Park companies active on the UAE market in the field of banking software, cybersecurity, digitalization of healthcare, logistics and industry.

Vsevolod Yanchevsky and Ibrahim Salim Al-Musharrah discussed a wide range of issues of Belarusian-Emirati cooperation in IT and high technologies, including attraction of investments from the UAE to Belarus and export of the residents’ it-products to new markets. Special attention was paid to the green economy technologies and smart cities. 

The diplomat stressed that the UAE government devotes significant resources to the advancement and implementation of "green" technologies, the development of artificial intelligence, and the promotion of the "smart city" concept. "I am convinced that together with the Hi-Tech Park we can make a significant contribution to ensuring our environmentally sustainable future. I am confident that our joint efforts will bring substantial results," said I.S. Al-Musharrah.
