HTP Congratulates Winners of the Republican Olympiad on Academic Subjects

On April 27, the Hi-Tech Park welcomed the high school students of the Frunze District, Minsk who are winners of the republican olympiad on academic subjects.

The students were honored by HTP Deputy Director Alexander Martinkevich, Chairperson of the Permanent Commission for Education, Science, Culture and Sport of the Minsk City Council and Principal of the Minsk Gymnasium No.31 Anna Starovoitova, and Chairman of the Minsk City Council of Deputies Vasiliy Panasyk.

After the official ceremony, the school students walked around the HTP business incubator to learn about HTP activities and achievements, IT professions and career prospects in this field, and hear some practical advice how to join the IT world.

After visiting the HTP resident-company Exadel, many of them got really interested in entering one of the IT universities.

Experts of the company showed office space and recreation areas to the students and then treated the guests with tea and stuffed buns (the so-called pirozhki). In a friendly atmosphere, students could ask questions and get comprehensive answers.
