On Transactions With Tokens (Cryptocurrency)

The HTP Administration draws your attention to the fact that Decree No.8 "On Digital Economy Development" comes into force on March 28, 2018.
Hence, activities related to tokens mentioned in clause 3 of the Provision on HTP cannot be carried out by legal entities and individuals till then.
Only business entities registered as HTP residents after March 28, 2018 will be allowed to engage in token-related activities.
